Dr. Deyhim - Biography

Dr. Deyhim is a native of the Washington Metropolitan area, where he grew up in Montgomery County Maryland. He attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County receiving a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology. While obtaining his degree, he spent time as an undergraduate research fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). During this time, he developed an affinity for conducting research but, always knew, that his passion focused on providing compassionate care to the public.

Dr. Deyhim completed his medical degree in 2007 at Temple University, School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Oakwood Healthcare System in Dearborn, MI where he served as chief resident. His training emphasis was on lower extremity trauma, limb salvage and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Throughout residency he paired his academic pursuits through award-winning research with his desire to serve the community as a competent and caring podiatric physician. Dr. Deyhim's interests include all facets of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with an emphasis on lower extremity trauma and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Deyhim is happily married with two children. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys volunteering in the community, staying in shape, and watching sports.
